Blueprint Filing Systems -
Jalema introduces the latest addition to its hanging file system product line
which addresses blueprint, drawings, plans and map storage issues. Jalema uses
the unique single point suspension (hook-and-bar) system to allow architects,
engineers and designers to efficiently manage and store job material.
This blueprint storage system is an alternative to a plan
file or flat file and includes Staple Strips, Drawing Strips, Hanging Clamps and
Hanging Files. The new Staple Strip is a blueprint hanger that allows you to use
vertical space and can TRIPLE THE CAPACITY WHEN COMPARED TO FLAT FILE
CABINETS!
Graphic Arts Filing Systems - The Grafi-System
is the most efficient and flexible graphic arts filing system
available for film filing, metal plate storage, photopolymer
plate storage, artwork filing and other large format
filing. Jalema files can be used as a job jacket, workfile
or archive storage system and comes in sizes ranging from
10” x 16” to 34” x 43” capacities.
For blueprint filing, map filing and plan filing Jalema offers
vertical files, drawing strips and hanging clamps. Horizontal
or flat files
are one of the most inefficient methods of filing when compared
to vertical filing. The Jalema vertical filing system allows
you to store 3 times more material in a given area when compared
to flat file cabinets or blueprint storage cabinet systems.
CD Filing
Systems –
Jalema offers a unique hanging file system for storing CD’s,
DVD’s and other digital multi media formats. Cardboard
CD files in 3 styles help protect and organize the CD or DVD.
Each CD file can be indexed with color-coded index tabs and
filed by customer name, job number, year, etc. Wall racks,
desk racks and mobile carts are used for managing and organizing
your digital archive.
Office Filing Systems
– Jalema vertically suspended pockets offer a unique
way to file documents, mail, forms and brochures as well as
allowing for quick and easy conversions from top tab to side
tab filing. Suspended compartments have an expansion of 1-2”
and come in letter, legal and European A4/Folio sizes. This
suspended drawer or vertical bin concept saves space and offers
easy access to important information.

Document Fasteners – The
JalemaClip document fastener is a unique method of organizing
documents within a file folder. The JalemaClip allows you
to copy pages without removing them from the file as well
as leaf through the file like a binder. The JalemaClip comes
complete with an adhesive base for attaching to any file folder
in any position as well as the extension piece and compressor
bar for securing the documents.
