Filing System Racks
 Uni-racks
The Jalema Uni-racks and Duo-Profiles (T-Bars) provide safe
flexible storage in various size combinations. Job-files,
Repro-files (except for the largest size of both) and the
Design-file can be suspended together in the same rack. Files
of smaller size are suspended in the upper section and larger
files in the lower section. Expansion is simple through the
addition of extension units attached to either end. Uni-racks
are supplied as complete kits with simple, easy to follow
assembly instructions: one tool does the job. Jalema offers
two types of Uni-racks: one rack of 15 3/4" depth which
is suited for files up to and including 18 7/8" x 22
1/2" and one rack of 21 5/8" depth for files up
to and including 25 1/4" x 31 1/2" and provides a perfect vertical files storage solution.

Duo-Profiles are the special bars on which the files are hung
via the patented Jalema hook. The sets are supplied with complete
assembly materials for vertical files.

Offset Racks
Jalema’s Offset Rack is recommended for the 2 largest files.
The Offset-Rack includes one profile-bar for file storage
with a maximum load of 550 lbs. Now, the design of the Offset-Rack
has been optimized to allow for a two-level archive unit (minimum 9’
ceiling is needed).
While the basic Offset Rack base still functions
perfectly as a stand-alone unit, you can easily add the top
unit which comes complete with a simple connector set. Together,
the double Offset Rack allows you to store twice the number
of files in the same floor space – now that’s efficient storage. TRIPLE YOUR
CAPACITY WHEN COMPARED TO FLAT FILE CABINETS!

 Racks and built-in sets
Jalema can also provide custom built-in brackets
for any existing cabinet, rack, safe, etc. This will allow
you to store your valuable files within easy reach; in your
own cabinet, safe, fire-resistant cabinet, storage rack, filing racks, wheeled
rack, etc.

 Wall filing racks
Wall racks are ideal for smaller applications or for
work-in-progress. These wall racks
can be placed in production areas freeing up valuable floor space and making your
files easily accessible. They come in a standard 31" (5810800) and 63" length
(5811600). Bars can also be cut to your requirements and wall brackets provided
for custom wall installations.
 Wall-unit
The 8" wall unit (5812500) allows you temporarily hang active
jobs in production areas.
 Table-arm
The table arm (6431200) also allows you to hang active jobs and
is used where walls may not be available
 Carts
Jalema’s line of mobile trolleys offer the
versatility to keep critical materials effectively organized
while making them accessible anywhere in the pressroom. The
new trolleys combine modern, ergonomic design with exceptionally
strong materials and construction.
There are several special
carts available for transporting the many different file formats.
There are wide (6401302) and narrow (6401202) models, suitable for files up to
22” x 26”. The Grafi Trolley / Offset Cart (6419500) was specially designed for files
up to 32” x 42” files. Metro Carts can be customized to fit almost any
requirement and offer a more rugged yet more economical solution. These are made industry standard wire
shelving and can be easily modified to meet your requirements. Hanger rail
assemblies are also available to convert your existing wire shelving / carts.
