Office Filing
The total solution for a rapidly growing office filing was sought and found in a suspension system. This is a unique profile on which files with a clever hook-on point can be suspended alongside each other. The profiles can also be placed on top of each other, so more filing layers can be obtained in a cupboard or rack. This Arnato system fits inside any existing (filing) cabinet. Organizing with color coded office filing systems


Self-adhesive and coloured Codetabs in blank, number, letter and year form. These Codetabs give you the opportunity of devising your own coding system. Whether you file according to order number, client name, contact number or object number, the Codetabs meet any requirements. The use of Codetabs precludes incorrect filing. If you hang a file in the wrong place, it is immediately obvious as the colours do not match. The year number tabs are also handy, making it immediately clear in which year the file originated, so when it is old enough to be removed from the other files.

Jalema offers an attractive alternative to standard filing cabinets. Racks with or without side facing offer you a better document management solution.

Unlike standard filing cabinets, racks without blocking side walls, so the files can be passed along the whole length of the rack, are ideal for larger archives. The continuous filing rack is available as a single (H1) or double (H2) version. The continuous filing racks have 6 (height 79") or 7 (height 92") Uni-profiles. At least every metre a support must be placed. The H1 and H2 racks are supplied as a self-assembly package. The color of the racks are grey.

A special Arnato rack is available for office files. This self-assembly rack has 6 Uni-profiles of 37" in length. The Uni-profiles must be ordered separately. Assembly of the Arnato racks is very simple and it can be extended without limits with extension racks. The dimensions of the rack are: height 89 3/4", depth 15 3/4" and width 39". The build-on unit has a width of 38". The Arnato rack is medium grey in color. A special extending writing surface is also available for the Arnato rack, that can be easily fitted in the rack and is handy for temporarily putting a file on or making notes in a file.
